Brand new replacement microphone for Ascom SE550 4m radios

A large number of PMR type Ascom SE550 radios have been sold in the U.K. within the last few years modified for Amateur use. The majority of these have been the 4m version, but of course the microphone is appropriate for all types of SE550.

One weak point is the microphone, in particular where the cable deteriorates badly. So, replace that tatty frayed ASCOM microphone with one of these new replacement microphones from TVRG. These microphones have been specially made up for the ASCOM consisting of an excellent new Sharman’s dynamic fist microphone, 1m long curly lead and the unique ASCOM 8 pin plug.
